1. Our Commitment to Privacy: Refrigeration CycleAnalyst is committed to protecting your privacy. We believe your data belongs to you. This policy outlines our practices regarding information collection for our universal app across Apple, Google, and Amazon platforms.

2. Offline-First Computation: The core of RCA is entirely internal. All refrigeration cycle computations and app functions are performed locally on your device. The app does not require an internet connection for its primary calculation features.

3. Data Collection & Third-Party Services: While we do not collect personal information such as names, emails, or phone numbers, we use Google Firebase to support app quality and manage trial periods.

• Service Identifiers: Firebase automatically assigns a "Firebase Installation ID" to your device. This is a non-identifying string used solely to track the duration of your free trial period and ensure service integrity.
• Diagnostics: We collect non-identifying technical data (such as device model, OS version, and crash logs) to improve app performance and stability.
• No Accounts: Because there is no login or account creation, this data is never linked to your real-world identity.

4. Subscriptions & Payments: All financial transactions and subscription statuses are handled securely by the respective App Stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Amazon Appstore). RCA does not see or store your credit card information or personal billing details.

5. Data Retention & Deletion: Since we do not create or store user accounts, there is no personal data to delete. Trial-related identifiers are automatically handled by the Firebase system and are not used for marketing or tracking outside of the RCA app.

6. Updates to This Policy: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app.
